A decade ago, we briefly ran our own successful general contracting firm. Now, after returning to the field stronger than ever, Karp & Associates—originally founded as a consulting firm—has branched back into the GC space following Jamie Karp’s GC qualification. Since our launch in 2023, we’ve completed a Tory Burch project in London, are on track to finish two more projects, and have another in the pipeline.
